Revealify Terms of Use

Effective July 5, 2026
Revealify, Inc., Minnesota, United States · support@revealify.global

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Revealify, Inc. governing your use of the Revealify web app and any future Revealify apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Revealify is

Revealify is a cultural-identity platform where people ("Revealers") share videos and photos of their world, organized by country and cultural category. Content published on Revealify is public and meant to represent cultures with dignity and accuracy.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old — or older where your local law requires (up to 16 in parts of the EEA, 18 in India). Provide accurate account information (a working email or phone number) and keep your account secure. Your account is for you; don't share it or impersonate anyone.

3. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you grant Revealify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process (including video encoding), display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service and in marketing of the Service, until you delete the content or your account. Post only what you created or have the right to share, and get consent from identifiable people in your videos where required. You can delete your content at any time in-app.

4. Cultural standards

Content must be authentic (genuinely connected to the country and category it is posted under) and respectful (no mockery, degradation, or misrepresentation of a culture, ethnicity, religion, or community). You may share any culture — your byline always shows your own identity separately from the content's country.

5. AI-generated Reveals

Revealify automatically generates the cultural context ("Reveal") shown with posts using AI. Reveals may contain errors; any viewer can suggest a correction in-app. Reveals are informational, not professional advice, and do not represent official positions of any government.

6. Country Ambassadors

Verified Country Ambassador status (including national-page curation rights) is granted, and may be revoked, at Revealify's discretion. Verification indicates identity review — not a government endorsement unless expressly stated.

7. Prohibited conduct

8. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. If you believe content infringes your rights (including copyright), contact us with details; we honor valid takedown requests.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., video streaming, SMS/email delivery, sign-in with Google), subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content (including AI-generated Reveals) is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revealify's total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where local consumer law grants you non-waivable rights, those rights are unaffected.

12. Indemnity

If your content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms causes a third-party claim against Revealify, you agree to indemnify us for the resulting losses, to the extent permitted by your local law.

13. Termination

You can stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Sections 3, 10–12, and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or Federal courts located in Minnesota — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to sue at home.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; for material changes we will give notice in the app before they take effect. Continued use means acceptance.
